Design:

  •  Reverse Dome Knife Type
  •   It is used with installation on FDC standard holder
  •   The reversal structure ruptured by the knife blade attached to the upper part of the  holder while the dome is inverted
  •   Smooth dome to the process.
  •  Rupture pressure is determined by the thickness of the material and the radius of the convex dome

Design:

  • · Reverse Dome Shear Type
  • It is used with installation on FDC semi-pretorque or full pretorque or insert-type holders/safety heads.
  • It is integrated with Disc and teeth Ring
  • The shearing structure ruptured by the teeth ring attached to the disc while the dome is inverted
  • Can be operated from full vacuum to 90% of the Stamped/Marked burst pressure or 95% of the minimum burst pressure
  • Zero Manufacturing range as standard
  • Designed for Non-Fragmentation
  • Gas or Liquid service (with a compressible gas cap below the disc)

Design:
· Reverse Dome Scored Type. Cross scored or Circular Scored
· It is used with installation on FDC Pretorque or Insert type Holders/Safety Heads (with bite type seal)
· On reversal the disc opens precisely along the scored lines in a “petal-type arrangement for the X-Scored” or “lid type for the circular scored”                                                           · Can be operated reliably from full vacuum to 90% of the Stamped/Marked burst pressure or 95% of the minimum burst pressure
· Designed for Non-Fragmentation

Mn Mo

Usually a single foil disc which has the pressure applied to its convex side. The dome inverts and is completely expelled from its holder and stopped by an arrestor. This proven design is unique to Marston and is Marston’s first design reverse buckling discs and is still available on the market.. This disc has superior performance attributes than tension loaded discs. It can be operated from full vacuum to 95% of its burst pressure in pressure cyclic conditions,

Rbh Rbf

Usually a single foil disc which has the pressure applied to its convex side. The dome inverts and opens along a peripheral groove. It is designed to be retained by its hinge portion. This scored reverse buckling disc opens cleanly along its circular score lines. It has superior performance compared to tension loaded discs. It can be operated from full vacuum to 95% of its minimum burst pressure. It is suitable for liquid (see LRB)  or gas service (RBH)  and ideal for relief valve isolation. It has a flat seated design and is non torque sensitive. Its performance is guaranteed with its interaction with its designed holder – mostly insert type due to its non torque sensitivity.

Srbh

This disc has two membranes. A load-bearing slotted metallic membrane and a weaker, usually fluoropolymer, seal membrane giving a non-fragmenting design suitable for low bursting pressures.

Rbx

A single metallic foil which has the pressure applied to its convex side. The dome inverts and opens along radial grooved lines. It is designed to retain ll parts and withstand full vacuum without the aid of a vacuum support.

Sanivent

The RBH range of reverse buckling discs has been adapted for use in the well-proven hygienic clamp fittings, widely adopted by the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, brewing, dairy and similar industries; anywhere that high
levels of hygiene are essential.

The discs are provided with a profiled seal that conforms exactly to the pipe ferrule flanges ensuring that there are no crevices for product deposits. The non-fragmenting disc design is such that there will be minimal restriction to vent flow in the event of the disc rupturing due to an excessive pressure.
