Spark Control Panel ZSS Plug and Play
- Plug and play fire prevention system designed according to DIN EN 16770 for spark extinguishing in dedusters.
- Smart solution allowing plant operators to perform on-site installation easily, including electrical connection and protective earthing, installation of spark detectors and extinguishing nozzles inside the extraction line, connection of the automatic extinguishing system’s water supply to existing water pipes, and integrated connections for forwarding signals to control rooms or other monitoring systems.
- Safety distances for spark detectors and automatic extinguishing system at maximum airflow velocity of 20 m/s are DN100 pipe: 1.50 m, DN200 pipe: 1.85 m, DN300 pipe: 2.20 m, DN400 pipe: 2.60 m minimum distances.
- Custom distances available upon request for other airflow velocities.

- Microprocessor-controlled spark alarm unit equipped for 2 to max 36 monitored areas
- For connection of T&B spark detectors, smoke detectors, thermo detectors, flame detectors and manual buttons.
- Intuitive touch display for visualization of alarms, number of sparks, extinguishing time, activated line.
- Option to implement PDF and video files.
- Control panel for wall mounting.
- Spark threshold programmable for activation of extinguishing system.
- Log of 2500 events in the memory.
- Built in emergency power supply for up to 4 hours operation.
- 4 free programmable relays per line.
- 32 languages installed, maybe switched at any time.
- Optional: ProfiNet interface for data output.

Spark Control Panel BM6 (Discontinued Model, Replaced by BM6 Touch Above)
- Microprocessor-controlled spark alarm unit for 2 to max. 36 monitored areas.
- Modular structure in different versions: BM6-2: Equipped for 2 lines,BM6-4: Equipped for 4 lines,BM6-16 and BM6-36: Basic version equipped for 4 lines, by additional components a later extension up to 16 or 36 lines is possible.
- 4 languages installed, maybe switched at any time. The report memory can store up to 2,500 events.
- All messages are shown as plain text on a LCD-display.
- The unit records and displays the number of sparks detected, the extinguishing times and whether any machinery has been switched off.
- Events can be transmitted and data exchanged with other systems via optional OPC- or USB-interface.
