PermaStream – VOC Real-time stripping of VOCs from water for delivery to Gas Chromatographs
- Ultra-low maintenance VOC stripper for water samples or steam/condensate analysis
- Utilises exclusive KECO Membrane Technology for continuous VOC/hydrocarbon stripping
- Suitable for a wide range of applications including cooling tower water, wastewater, and boiler condensate
- Provides an ultra-clean gas phase sample for Gas Chromatography (GC), enhancing analytical reliability
- Features high precision flow meter, flow switch, and temperature-controlled heated enclosure
- Mounted in NEMA 4X (IP 65) cabinet, ready for installation with user-provided GC
- Operating ambient temperature range from 1°C to 55°C, with storage temperature up to 70°C
- Requires 110VAC or 220VAC, 200 Watts max, and carrier air at 200 ml/min (15 psig max.)
- Designed to radically reduce GC maintenance requirements while maintaining sample representation
- Offers option for use in Class 1 Division 2, Zone 2 hazardous areas
