The IsoDisc™ by IEP Technologies is a passive isolation device engineered to offer an economical yet effective solution to mitigate the risks associated with explosion propagation. Designed for environments handling combustible dusts, the IsoDisc™ presents a self-actuating mechanism that promises safety and reliability.

- Maximum Reduced Explosion Pressure (Pred max.) capable of withstanding up to 2.1 bar (29 psi), ensuring robust explosion containment.
- Mounting Distance Flexibility with minimum and maximum distances tailored to support configurations with 0 or 2 90° elbows, providing installation versatility.
- High Operating Temperatures accommodated, with the base version withstanding up to 130°C (266°F) and the full stainless steel version up to 250°C (662°F), suitable for a range of process environments.
- Material Composition offers a choice between coated carbon steel for the base version and full stainless steel for enhanced durability and resistance.
