Competitive Lead Times

EPI has made impressive strides in reducing lead times. The goal is to achieve a standard lead time of 3-4 weeks, and the results so far have been encouraging. With 100% on-time deliveries in October and high percentages in the subsequent months, customers can expect reliable and timely service.

In 2025, EPI will concentrate on three critical applications that hold the potential for substantial sales growth:

One of the key features is its low flow sensitivity, enabling a remarkable 100:1 turndown ratio, with flowrate measurements as low as 10-20 standard feet per minute (sfpm), varying by manufacturer. Unlike other technologies, thermal mass flowmeters provide direct mass flow measurement without the need for external temperature or pressure compensation. This simplifies project execution and reduces costs significantly.

Moreover, thermal mass flowmeters are designed for ease of installation and quick startup. Most units come preconfigured and pre-calibrated from the factory, allowing them to be installed as insertion meters through a simple ¾ or 1″ compression fitting. This straightforward setup not only saves time but also enhances efficiency in the field.
